We currently offer shipping to Australia only.
We provide free shipping on all orders over $29, for orders under $29 we charge a flat rate of $7.95.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours during weekdays. In cases of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in shipment. We appreciate your patience and ask that you allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will also be visible during checkout after you enter your shipping details. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Collect and Parcel Locker Addresses
As we use several different carriers other than Australia post, we highly recommend using a physical address to avoid any delivery issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information can take some time to update. If you don't see any tracking updates or see "tracking does not exist," please do not worry—it can take a few days for the system to sync with the courier's information.

Returns and Exchanges
- Change of Mind: You may return items within seven days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and proof of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, Gift cards and hazardous materials are not eligible for returns. Contact us with any questions regarding specific items.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item as instructed, and place a new order for the desired product.

Battery Maintenance Guide (If applicable)
- Charge the battery fully before first use, after any use, before storage or use after storage.
- Disconnect the battery from product when not in use. Leaving the battery connected to the product when not in use, can cause damage to the battery due to gradual discharging.
- Do not run RC products supplied with LiPo or Li-Ion batteries until the battery power becomes very low or fully discharged. This will cause permanent damage to the battery.
- Allow for battery to cool down prior to charging again. This will help long battery life.
