Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $29. For orders under $29, a small flat shipping rate applies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. During busy periods, shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing a little extra time for delivery. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone.

Delivery & Tracking

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that during peak seasons, deliveries may take a little longer.
Your order may ship in multiple packages. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take some time to update. If you see “tracking does not exist” or no updates, don’t worry—systems sometimes take a few days to sync.
If after 8 business days you still don’t see any updates, contact us, and we’ll happily assist you.

To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend using a physical street address. P.O. Boxes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Locker addresses may occasionally cause delays, as we work with multiple carriers.
