We offer free shipping on all orders over $29. For orders under $29, a small flat shipping rate applies.

Delivery & Tracking
Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that during peak seasons, deliveries may take a little longer.
Your order may ship in multiple packages. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take some time to update. If you see “tracking does not exist” or no updates, don’t worry—systems sometimes take a few days to sync.

Warranty Period
We offer a 30-day warranty and return policy from the delivery date for your peace of mind. However, please note the following:
- Hobby-Grade Products: These require careful handling. Damage caused by crashes, misuse, or neglect is not covered under warranty.
- Waterproof Items: Unless explicitly stated, electric items are not waterproof. Using non-waterproof items, such as RC cars, in water voids the warranty. Spare parts may be available for purchase, and we’re happy to assist with part selection and repairs.
- Packaging Damage: Warranty does not cover damages to packaging or retail boxes. Such damages are considered common during transit and do not affect the functionality or usability of the product.
Returns and Exchanges
- Change of Mind: You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and proof of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, gift cards, and hazardous materials are not eligible for returns. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.
- Exchanges: For an exchange, return the item as instructed, and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Battery Maintenance Guide (If applicable)
- Charge the battery fully before first use, after any use, before storage or use after storage.
- Disconnect the battery from product when not in use. Leaving the battery connected to the product when not in use, can cause damage to the battery due to gradual discharging.
- Do not run RC products supplied with LiPo or Li-Ion batteries until the battery power becomes very low or fully discharged. This will cause permanent damage to the battery.
- Allow for battery to cool down prior to charging again. This will help long battery life.
